From November 20 to 24, an online training session was held for legal consultants, attorneys, and law firms to explain the key provisions of pretrial and judicial appeals in tax, customs, and antitrust disputes. During the training, participants were provided with information that helped them develop courtroom presentation skills. The online training on the Administrative Procedural and Process Code (APPC) offered an effective and convenient way to educate legal professionals, familiarizing them with procedural norms and requirements in accordance with current legislation. Through a mock trial, participants gained a deeper understanding of the complexities and nuances of the judicial system, enhanced their argumentation and reasoning skills, and improved their communication and conflict resolution abilities.
