On September 28-29, Senior Legal Practice Manager Ruslan Sadrtdinov and Managing Partner of Fortune Partners Dana Tokmurzina participated as speakers at the 13th Kazakhstan Legal Forum (KLF 2023). In their sessions, they addressed issues related to the latest practices under the Administrative Procedural and Process Code (APPC) of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal regulation of industrial waste management. During the discussion on APPC practices, the specific challenges of a judge's work and the attractiveness of this profession for legal consultants and attorneys were also explored.
