How the Review Works
Information gathering. We request financial statements, tax returns, contracts, desk audit notices, and other tax and accounting documentation.
Analysis. We study the companys tax obligations: applicable rates, incentives, payment deadlines, accounting methods.
Compliance check. We compare the companys activity with tax law requirements: whether all returns were filed and all obligations met on time.
Risk and opportunity identification. We identify where the company is vulnerable under tax control and where it overpays or does not use available incentives. We factor in upcoming legislative changes.
Recommendations. We form an action plan: how to fix errors, reduce audit risk, and improve the companys tax position by lawful means.
Report for management. We prepare a substantive review in plain language — with risks prioritized by materiality so decisions can be made immediately.
