We would like to express our gratitude to:

• the members of the Senate and Mazhilis for their active participation and specific proposals for further work. Their involvement is essential for rapid response and amendments to legislation;
• the judiciary for their willingness to share practical experience. The prompt interaction of judges, with the support of the judicial administration, with parliament can have a significant effect on the entire justice system;
• public associations — for their activity and systematic work in gathering information in the industry;
• legal advisers — for their civic stance and ability to clearly and concisely identify current issues;
• the business community — for its willingness to propose specific solutions and take an active position.

It was noted that without the involvement of the executive branch, it is extremely difficult to discuss and implement reforms. In the long term, it is important to introduce a market-based system of motivation for managers and a transparent assessment of the effectiveness of ministries.
