Discussion Forum "Taxation of Subsoil Users: Oil and Mining-Metallurgical Sectors"
The Fortune Partners team and the Tokmurzina Education Expert Centre held a discussion forum entitled ‘Taxation of Subsurface Users: Oil and Mining Sectors.’ The forum focused on key players who generate 70-80% of the country's budget.
The main focus of the discussion was stability, transparent rules and fulfilment of obligations, which is what companies expect. Representatives from the regions of Atyrau, Kyzylorda, Mangistau, East Kazakhstan, Almaty and others took part in the discussion.
We would like to thank the senators, deputies of the Mazhilis, judges of the Supreme Court, representatives of the SMA, the Ministries of Finance and National Economy, as well as KazEnergy for their open and constructive dialogue.
