Discussion Forum "Successful Business Strategy Through the Prism of Taxation and Judicial Proceedings"

The forum, dedicated to current changes in tax legislation, brought together 180 participants, including business representatives from all regions of Kazakhstan, experts, lawyers, consultants, company executives, and government officials.

Speakers included representatives from:

  • the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
  • the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
  • the State Revenue Committee,
  • the judicial community,
  • legal advisors and the legal community,
  • JSC NC KazMunayGas.

Key topics of discussion included:

  • the introduction of the e-Tamga system,
  • new VAT rules,
  • the practice of resolving tax disputes,
  • ensuring transparent and stable rules for business.
