Discussion forum “Current realities of the development of the institution of administrative responsibility: problems and solutions”

Fortune Partners, together with the Specialised Court for Administrative Offences of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan Region, IS ‘Paragraph’ and Maqsut Narikbayev University, held a scientific and practical forum entitled ‘Current realities of administrative law development: problems and solutions’.

The forum discussed: judicial resolution of disputes arising from the application of provisions of sectoral legislation, the Administrative Offences Code and the Code of Administrative Offences, as well as updates to the administrative and legal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
