Regional Tour: Western Kazakhstan

The seminars were attended by representatives of the business community, as well as judges from the administrative court and regional courts. During lively discussions, participants touched upon topics such as evidence of transaction execution in desk audits, the Multilateral Instrument (MLI), investment jurisdiction, and environmental audits. At the end of the seminars, participants raised the issue of the relevance of investment jurisdiction in light of the adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure (CAP) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
