Dana Tokmurzina moderates a panel at MBA Impact Forum 2026

Astana hosted MBA Impact Forum 2026 — a dialogue platform for business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and the MBA alumni community. The forum marked the 30th anniversary of GSB AlmaU, the first business school in Kazakhstan to launch an MBA programme

Dana Tokmurzina, General Director of Fortune Partners, moderated the panel discussion "Total Uncertainty: How to Grow Rather Than Merely Survive".

Seventy-five minutes of frank conversation with entrepreneurs who build their businesses not in spite of crises but because of them. On stage were people working in genuine turbulence: Nurasyl Dzharbasov (DEM Group), Viktoriya Torgunakova (Freedom Events) and Zafar Khashimov (Korzinka).

What stayed with us:

— Intuition is experience accumulated over years.
— The leader of the future acts before the full picture emerges.
— A crisis is the best time to invest. Those who did not stop during turbulence came out ahead.
— The team decides. There are no secrets and no rules — there are people you trust.
— Curiosity and a willingness to work on yourself are the qualities of a leader for the next five years.
