Using examples from the Prosecutor's Office, the Federal Registration Service for Financial Markets (ARFMR), and the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (AZRK), Ruslan demonstrated the systemic nature of the problem and noted the significance of the 2025 Supreme Court SCAD ruling as a possible basis for reviewing judicial practice.
