XI Eurasian Antimonopoly Forum in Astana
The 11th Eurasian Antimonopoly Forum, the largest platform for exchanging experience between experts from EAEU countries, was held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
One of the key sessions was the session "ANTIMONOPOLY VIOLATIONS: CHALLENGES OF ENFORCEMENT AND COURT PRACTICE" (a roundtable discussion).
During the session, experts discussed:
- typical business mistakes that lead to antitrust cases;
- trends in judicial practice in Kazakhstan and the EAEU countries;
- new approaches to protecting companies' rights in disputes with government agencies.
