As an advisor at Fortune Partners, Diyaz provides legal support to both individuals and legal entities, including expert legal assessment and recommendations for entrepreneurs and private individuals on various legal matters.
Diyaz's experience includes: drafting franchise agreements, equipment supply contracts, employment contracts, internal regulations, and other documentation; comprehensive legal services for construction companies, covering the preparation of contracts (construction, supply, service provision, lease, international agreements), full legal support for a leading fitness club in Kazakhstan, business process support for companies, interaction with banks, and participation in court proceedings at all levels.
