Elena Pustovit has more than 12 years of experience
in the prosecutor's office, including 6 years at the General Prosecutor's Office and the last 2 years in consulting.
Elena supervised the oversight of the legality of criminal cases, participated in courts of all instances, reviewed cassation appeals, and took part in the most complex categories of cases (multi-episode economic, property, and tax crimes).
Elena's consulting experience includes advising major industrial holdings and companies on corporate, contract, labor, and tax law issues, litigation support for clients in tax disputes in civil jurisdiction courts, as well as in disputes related to the APPC and the Administrative Code.
She has experience conducting internal investigations and advising on criminal law protection of businesses.
