He specialises in pre-trial and litigation support for large companies in commercial, tax, corporate and administrative disputes. He advises clients on the application of Kazakhstan legislation and contributes to the preparation of legal positions and procedural documents.
Emil has a successful record of challenging the results of tax audits, including VAT refund matters, with a total value exceeding KZT 30 billion.
