Erlan Kuspanov has more than 10 years of experience in consulting companies, including 7 years at an international consulting company, providing consulting services in the field of subsoil user taxation, tax audits, and appeals of tax audits.

Erlan's experience includes participation in tax reviews of major oil and gas, mining, and energy companies in Kazakhstan, including those with foreign participation.

His areas of specialization are issues related to the correctness of separate accounting, the procedure for applying tax preferences, taxation of non-residents, as well as issues related to taxation of subsoil users (MET, rent tax, EPT).

Erlan has significant experience in supporting tax audits, appealing the results of comprehensive tax audits, as well as thematic audits on VAT refunds.
