She has more than 9 years of experience in the judicial system.Gulmira Taskarina was a judge of the first composition of the Specialized Inter-District Administrative Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, created as part of the judicial reform of the Head of State.She handled civil and administrative cases, including disputes in the areas of taxation, ecology, antitrust law, land, housing, labor, and family legal relations.She served as a coordinating judge for conciliation procedures.

Since 2023, Gulmira Taskarina has been the Director of Fortune Partners Academy (Tokmurzina Education) and Senior Manager of the Legal Services Department at Fortune Partners.She specializes in administrative and tax disputes, VAT refunds, support for subsoil use projects, antitrust and environmental regulation.

She conducts original training courses and explanatory seminars on the application of the norms of the Administrative Procedural-Procedural Code (APPC) for representatives of businesses, banks, and government agencies.
