About
Nazmina supports national holdings and foreign investors in court disputes and project implementation in the energy and industrial sectors. She specialises in civil and administrative law and has contributed to the development of investment legislation together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
Between 2024 and 2026 she took part in 30 court proceedings involving tax disputes and cases under the Administrative Procedural Code of Kazakhstan, successfully recovering substantial amounts for clients, including matters with a total recovery value exceeding KZT 25 billion.
She has experience providing legal support to a national company of Kazakhstan, including preparing opinions on investor enquiries and advising on the application of Kazakhstan legislation.
Her administrative law practice covers disputes with state authorities, appeals against decisions and actions (or inaction) of state bodies, and cases involving administrative fines. She advises and represents corporate and industrial clients across a wide range of matters in administrative proceedings.
Nazmina holds a Bachelor's degree in Law with honours from Maqsut Narikbayev University (KAZGUU). She is a member of professional legal communities and a regular participant in industry events.
