Before joining Fortune Partners, he held the position of lead lawyer for litigation and advisory activities in the management company of a major industrial holding, where he personally supervised the most complex litigation cases of the group of companies.
Has expertise in supporting M&A transactions, conducting comprehensive legal due diligence of assets, structuring transactions, and obtaining subsoil use licenses. Actively participates in improving legislation — member of working groups of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on reforming administrative justice and civil legislation.
