Our team has significant experience representing clients' interests in pre-trial and judicial dispute resolution. Our team members formerly served as judges of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan and first instance courts in administrative and civil cases.
In public matters, drawing on our colleagues' experience in state revenue authorities, we successfully represent clients in tax, customs, environmental, antitrust and other disputes, with experience in amicable settlement of disputes with government agencies (through pre-trial procedures and by concluding agreements in court).
In commercial disputes, we represent clients' interests in courts and arbitration, regardless of their status in legal relationships (customer, contractor, buyer, seller, etc.), including in non-standard situations.
We have successful experience protecting clients' interests in rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, supporting enforcement proceedings, and consulting on international arbitration and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
